Free standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Orders over $50 qualify for free 2-day shipping. We also offer overnight shipping for $12.99. Orders placed before 2pm CT ship the same day.
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Items must be in original condition with all accessories. We provide a prepaid return label for defective products. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.
Every TechVault product includes a 2-year manufacturer warranty. If your product fails under normal use, we'll repair or replace it at no cost. Contact us with your order number to start a warranty claim.
Currently we ship to the US and Canada. International shipping is on our roadmap for 2026. Canadian customers may be subject to duties and taxes at delivery.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters our fulfillment pipeline. Contact us immediately and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
